100% for the Children Kenya is a locally registered Kenyan organisation with its own board and staff.

The organisation works to improve conditions for vulnerable children and young people by creating safe and inclusive communities in urban slums. Efforts focus on safe spaces for learning, well-being and empowerment as well as strengthening positive parenting practices and supporting carers as part of preventive child protection.

The work also includes improving health and hygiene in schools and building the capacity of teachers, social workers and local actors to ensure inclusive and protective environments. In addition, advocacy and dialogue with decision-makers is a key element of efforts to promote children's rights and well-being.
